-If the customer finds any defects or damages in the received goods, the customer must send an e-mail or call the customer service hotline (852) 2468-2222 within three days after receiving the goods.
You can request a return if you meet the following conditions:
1) Within three days after the customer receives the goods, it is found that the goods have obvious manufacturing defects
2) The goods have been exchanged once but there are still quality problems
-If the goods are damaged due to improper use, no return or exchange will be accepted.
-We have the right to reject the customer's return request in the following situations
1) Return and exchange requirements beyond the return and exchange period
2) The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged
3) The product is not provided by us
4) The goods themselves do not have quality problems
